How to Create Contact form without Coding knowledge (With Picture)

Step-1.
Open your Computer or Mobile Browser (both supported) and type the search ber the link https://docs.google.com and open a window left corner menu icon select and open a modal form dialog box and select "Form"

Then open a login window.

Step-3.
Now open the form window. Tap the form heading title "Untitled" and rename it like "Test My first Form" and put the "Form description" example:-"Student Registration".

Step-4. Put title and form description in the form section on the "Untitled Question" and rename "Your Query".

Now new form section included, and rename the title put the new title name, chose your option and dropdown button, and chose any options like Multiple choice or Checkbox or Dropdown.
Tap to "Option 1" and rename the option like "Student" and more options Add options "ADD OTHER" and include "Option 2" then rename option 2. You may be put the description of your choice, e.g. "Please fillup properly"

Chose your choice from theme colors or upload background photos.

Step-5.

Check your contact form datasheet. Open your Google Drive account and find the Spreadsheets file, Open "Test my first form Spreadsheet" and see the data.
