First Download the VirtualBox and install your system. Next step Install the OS (any Operating System [OS] Example: Linux Mint OS, Linux, Debian [GNU/Linux], Ubuntu, CentOS, Fedora, and Windows, etc.). Follow the Step by Step.

Step 1: VirtualBox

Logged in the virtual box website our Download in this link. Download after Installed the Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager on our machine Desktop or Laptop.

Step 2: Create a Virtual machine

Now create a virtual machine. Click New >> Open a Dialog box window Type Specific Names like Windows-7 or any name like yours.

Select the Type of OS Like Windows, Debian, Linux, or select Other, etc.

Select the Version (7/8/10) and Bit (32/64) >> and hit the Next button.

Open next Dialog box "Memory size": lets chose Memory size or default then Click the Next Button.

Select the Memory size(RAM)

Open the next Dialog box "Hard disk": default selected "Create a virtual hard disk now" or choose another option and click the Create Button.

Step 3: Install OS

Now Insert Disk to the CD/DVD Writer.
Now click Start Button or Right-click the "Windows-7" icon and Start >> Normal Start.

Configuration Host Drive

Now run the Virtual machine and Install Windows-7 or you're like another OS>> Devices >> Optical Drives >> Select Host Drive 'D:' (Let me choose Optical Drive - D/F/G/D etc).
Again start Virtual Machine >> Continue Press F12 >> Select Boot device >> Load OS Configuration file.
Now Start the OS Installation process.
You get the new Updates
